Brownstein Group has an opportunity for a Billing Coordinator to join our agency in Philadelphia. This role provides the opportunity to be part of a great culture, provide pro-active accounting support, and play an integral role in accurately preparing accounting records. The Billing Coordinator is responsible for the timely generation of client billing along with other general accounting duties

Job Summary

This position is responsible for the generation of agency billings along with various other accounting functions. This position also works on special accounting projects including, but not limited to, monthly time accruals, client analysis, production payables etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily management and generation of client billings
  • Analyzes and bills client retainer fees
  • Enters production payables

Qualifications:

Jr. Front End Developer

About the role

Junior Front-end Web Developer with 1-3 years of front-end development experience. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who takes initiative and can support the development team with various development needs as the workload increase.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain web pages, email newsletters, ad banners, promotional materials, landing pages using HTML and CSS
  • Perform coding, testing, documentation and implementation of websites including cross-browser compatibility, accessibility and search engine optimization

Required Skills:

Job Description

The Brand Strategist is responsible for supporting the needs of the Brand Strategy team and requires collaborative work within the department, the agency, and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct primary research with a heavy focus on quantitative and qualitative methods – from traditional methods like online surveys and focus groups to more creative, unconventional methods
  • Conduct secondary research, using traditional and online research and proprietary research tools
  • Analyze existing research, create read-outs, extract key learnings, identify patterns, understand causation and correlation
