PR Account Executive

Brownstein Group, an integrated brand communications agency in Center City, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing, nationally-recognized Public Relations and Social Media team. We are looking for someone with a passion for media, an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record in media relations, with a particular concentration in B2B and/or financial communications.

This position is responsible for supporting the development of strategic plans and messaging for clients, executing public relations and social media tactics, maintaining client relationships, ensuring that intended outcomes are met, as well as reporting and measurement. It requires collaborative work within the department and agency, strategic thinking, an understanding of both traditional and social media, strong writing skills, and most significantly, the motivation and skill to secure editorial coverage for our clients.

Digital Creative Director

Job Description:

Brownstein Group is looking for a seasoned Digital Creative Director to join our team and have the opportunity to invent and execute innovative digital experiences for our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead internal experience design team to invent and execute digital solutions
  • Work hands on with UX and digital development team
  • Responsible for end-to-end creative direction of projects, from defining complex user-stories, wire-framing and prototyping to visual design with accountability to results
  • Package creative concepts and present to internal stakeholders in persuasive, articulate and compelling ways
  • Integrate brand marketing and positioning with direct response to drive conversions throughout the entire customer journey
  • Collaborate with analytics and development team on iterative tests to improve and optimize key metrics

Broadcast Producer

Job Summary:

The Broadcast Producer is responsible for production and the day-to-day management and cost control of film and integrated projects for assigned accounts. The Broadcast Producer reports to the Executive Creative Director.

The Role:

The Broadcast Producer initiates, maintains and manages the client’s projects at the agency on an ongoing and project basis. They direct and coordinate the day-to-day agency efforts on assigned accounts. In this role, the Broadcast Producer insures that the agency provides:

  • Sound and responsible project management and planning
  • Proper and innovative execution of work in all areas on schedule
  • A consistently superior creative product

This role requires advanced skills and experience in the following areas: Ability to contribute and elevate advertising concepts in a creative and collaborative manner, Technical expertise and knowledge to find the best and most efficient way to manage a project, interpersonal skills to get a team moving in the same direction and the ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and other creative partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the development, execution and completion of creative ideas.
  • Consult with Creative, Account and Project Management staffs from inception of ideas through completion of projects as to logistics and feasibility of projects including timing and budgetary constraints
  • Participate in meetings with client service and creative teams
  • Is knowledgeable in the latest production techniques, sources, production house capabilities, production cost factors, union and non-union issues.
  • Solicit, evaluate and negotiate bids
  • Present cost estimates to account management and clients for approval
  • Award jobs to vendors, based on companies judged to be best qualified to handle the project at hand
  • Inform supervisor on a day-to-day basis of new projects, developments and issues on all assigned projects and staff

About the role

The UX Designer is a key participant in the project Discovery process, interviewing clients and their audience members to uncover key goals and themes for the upcoming project. When the goals are set, the UX Designer will strive to craft an interface that embodies those fundamental ideas through clear organizational structure, articulate labels and intuitive controls.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed analysis of a website, developing clear documentation that shows the site’s content and components

  • Write language for navigation labels which makes control intuitive and “tell a story” about the site’s content

  • Participate in Discovery interviews to uncover project goals

Required Skills:
