Brownstein Announces Promotions and Key Role Changes

Philadelphia, February 27, 2020Brownstein Group has announced several major promotions to recognize the work of legacy employees and rising stars, as well as key role changes that will streamline the work of the agency’s digital and social teams.

Melinda Ramos, Director of Talent and Diversity, has been elevated to Vice President in order to support diversity, outreach, and culture initiatives. Ramos is tasked with maintaining and growing a diverse and inclusive workplace at the agency, and her elevation will further ensure these initiatives and targets come from the top level of agency leadership.

In order to streamline digital and social solutions for clients, Brownstein Group has combined the talents of its digital and social teams under the leadership of Jen Hadley in her new role as Digital and Social Media Director. The new team will explore unconventional and innovative technological solutions for campaigns and clients across all agency verticals.

As part of this shift, Will Murdoch has been promoted to Lead Creative Technologist. Murdoch has been a core part of Brownstein Group’s digital team for nearly seven years, and will leverage this experience at a foundational level to educate clients and team members on breakthrough digital solutions and strategies.

In addition to these announcements, two Brownstein Group veterans have been awarded promotions after years of continued dedication to their teams and clients.

Jenna Frimmel has been promoted to Senior Account Director after six years of exceptional work in client services, with a focus on some of the agency’s largest B2B and retail clients. In the creative department, Adrian Castillo has become Brownstein Group’s newest Creative Director after 12 years at the agency. Throughout this time, he has contributed to some of the agency’s best-known creative campaigns both as a creative and as a leader.
