Never taking “no” for answer and digging your heels in.
Being able to understand there is more than one way to get from Point A to Point B. Some of the most detail-oriented people can have trouble being able to bob and weave. Effective project managers understand that the course is not always straight and they can be strategic in their Plan B.
A little bit of both 🙂 You may love us one day and fear us the next, but you should always know we are your partners and advocates on the journey.

I think the biggest misconception is that we only care about hitting the end deadline. In reality, we care just as much about the creative product and the strategy behind it. Of course, deadlines reign supreme in our world, but we thrive on finding ways to make awesome work happen on time.
No excuses allowed 🙂 Honestly, I don’t really have any, but one thing does stand out as an exception for a deadline. It took us a whole year to complete a client’s project, because the day we were due to release the work, Harry Kalas passed away. He was the main talent in the spot. His death was already emotional for all of us in Philly, but also difficult from an advertising perspective.
It means give and take. If everything is important, then nothing is. I am lucky to work in an environment that respects and encourages family.
