Brownstein Adds Three New Technology Clients

Liberty Bank, Trax and Medical Guardian Strengthen the Agency’s Technology Portfolio Across Capabilities

June 27, 2022 (Philadelphia, PA) – Brownstein today announced the addition of three new clients in the technology space, bolstering the agency’s growing portfolio of brands. Liberty Bank, Trax and Medical Guardian have all selected Brownstein to support an array of marketing communication needs, including advertising, website design, content development and public relations.

“Each of these brands is revolutionizing their respective industries with new tech and bringing smart, bold, strategic thinking. We’re partnering with them to navigate critical moments in their journeys that will help define their brands’ longevity,” said Marc Brownstein, President & CEO of Brownstein. “For 60 years, we’ve helped change the way that consumers think about brands, a legacy we’ll continue with these new clients.”

Brownstein is working with the innovation division of Middletown, Connecticut-based Liberty Bank in its launch of a new digital bank. The fintech brand will initially target small business owners in niche categories, creating a new banking experience with a suite of products designed to meet their unique needs. Brownstein, in partnership with Connecticut’s Mediassociates, developed the marketing and media strategy for an integrated campaign, inclusive of website design, TV, radio, social, digital and OOH, as the new financial offering launches a test market later this year.

“We’re disrupting the banking industry, so we sought an agency partner that matched our vision and was not afraid to take risks,” said David Mitchell, Executive Vice President, General Manager & Chief Digital Officer at Liberty Bank. “We reviewed dozens of agencies, Brownstein’s bold creative vision – coupled with Mediassociates knowledge of reaching our target customers – made them the obvious choice.”

Another addition to Brownstein’s stable of technology brands is Trax, a leading global provider of computer vision solutions and analytics for retail. Through media relations and thought leadership, Brownstein’s PR team is working to increase understanding of how Trax’s platform helps consumer packaged goods (CPG) and retail customers navigate an evolving retail ecosystem.

Medical Guardian, a leading provider of personal emergency response systems and former client of the agency, rounds out the additions announced today. With a focus on empowering older adults to age in place and live a life without limits, the Philadelphia-headquartered company offers a full suite of connected-care medical alert systems. Medical Guardian has enlisted Brownstein’s services to increase brand awareness through public relations services and an influencer pilot program. The relationship was kickstarted in March by promoting the release of Medical Guardian’s newest product – the MGMove medical alert smartwatch. The sleek and simple-to-use device, with software developed by Medical Guardian’s in-house team, is equipped with features that promote the whole health of active adults, including their social, cognitive and physical well-being.
