Terry Dukes Joins Brownstein as Director of Client Services

PHILADELPHIA (October 13, 2016)Brownstein Group today announced the hiring of senior marketing and communications executive Terry Dukes as the agency’s Director of Client Services. A master of building, sustaining and protecting client brands and corporate reputations, Dukes brings over 20 years of experience from agencies such as Havas Worldwide and Young & Rubicam. At BG, Dukes will be responsible for the strategic direction and supervision of all client services activities and relationships and will serve as a member of the agency’s leadership team.

Dukes has proven to be an expert in cultivating and applying strategic programs aimed at growing complex businesses with depth in financial services, corporate reputation, B2B and elite audiences.

Prior to Brownstein Group, Dukes spent eight years as the Global Brand Director at Havas Worldwide in New York City. She served as the key contact for client CCO’s and CMO’s and led cross discipline agency teams that helped clients such as ExxonMobil, Charles Schwab and New York Life move from traditional to more digital-centric communications. In addition to her day-to-day client responsibilities, Dukes also spearheaded “Sparks,” a woman-to-woman peer mentoring program.

She also spent nearly 14 years as an executive vice president and client leader at Young & Rubicam where she led integrated communications teams for companies and government businesses such as The DuPont Company (global), The Vanguard Group, KFC, The United States Postal Service and The United States Department of Commerce, Census Bureau.

In addition to her extensive experience in the advertising industry, Dukes also served as publisher for the Observer Media Group in Sarasota, Fla. Under her leadership, the multimedia company, which includes nine newspapers, six websites and a quarterly arts and social magazine, broke sales records and increased profitability and circulation numbers.
