Brownstein Grows With Seven New Hires and Two Promotions

PHILADELPHIA, August 4, 2015Brownstein Group (BG) welcomes seven new hires, including Cynthia Slaby as Group Account Director to bolster the agency’s Account Management division. Additional hires include Bryan McGee as Videographer, Dana Schaufert as Account Executive, Shefali Sharma as Brand Strategist, Chloe Steerman as Account Coordinator, Jeremie Rose Wimbrow as Designer, and Julia Butts as Accountant. These new hires support BG’s continued growth and strengthen its core competencies and full range of services.

BG is also proud to announce the promotion of two of its senior executives, as Erin Allsman and Shannon Reynolds take on the roles of Senior Vice President, Director of Public Relations and Social Media and Senior Vice President, Director of Account Management, respectively.

With more than 20 years of experience, Slaby will play a key role in BG’s core client service team. As Group Account Director, she is responsible for leading the growth, management, retention and satisfaction of a portfolio of clients, ensuring their advertising activities are aligned with approved strategy, client and company objectives, as well as overall account scope and goals. Prior to BG, Slaby worked for AbelsonTaylor, Saatchi & Saatchi Healthcare, Tierney, and Digitas Health.

Joining BG’s Creative Services team as a Videographer, McGee provides the agency with full-service video capabilities, working alongside BG’s in-house producer and creative team for shooting, editing, and producing video content. Wimbrow, another new addition to the Creative Services team, offers support on a variety of design team projects.

BG’s Account Management, Brand Strategy and Public Relations and Social Media teams feature new hires Schaufert, Sharma and Steerman. Joining BG’s Account Management team, Schaufert leads the day-to-day management of various agency accounts. As a Brand Strategist, Sharma utilizes market research analysis to develop brand positioning recommendations for BG’s various clients. Steerman, an Account Coordinator on the Public Relations and Social Media team, supports strategic communications plans, media outreach and social media content development.

The agency’s Accounting team is also welcoming a new team member. In the role of Accountant, Butts provides proactive accounting support for the agency and timely maintenance of day-to-day financial tasks.
