The Black Tie Tailgate Gala is one of the most highly anticipated fundraising events in Philadelphia. The auto show and gala raise money for The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. We produced new event invitation packages, collateral and advertising for the 2008 event. In addition, Brownstein Group's PR team oversaw all media relations efforts for the pre-event menu tasting and Black Tie Tailgate Gala. The work resulted in a record number of press attending the pre-event menu tasting and more than 70 press pre-registered for the Gala. Ticket sales soared to over the 4,000 mark, bringing a record number of consumers and business leaders to the event.
