PHILADELPHIA (November 18, 2015)– Marketing to millennials in banking may seem like a complicated task but it’s actually easier than you think, according to Brownstein Group Senior Brand Strategist Anne Ryan.
Ryan recently spoke on how to capitvate the ever popular group at the recent American Banking Association Retail and Marketing Conference in Denver.
Millennials have more products than customers of any other generation—three or four per person. Yet, they are much more prone to switching banks. “They are happy to switch if they are not happy with your fees,” says Ryan.
