PHILADELPHIA– April 17, 2015 – Brownstein Group (BG) was named one of Philadelphia Business Journal’s Healthiest Employers of 2015, as announced by the publication this morning. The program, presented by UnitedHealthcare, recognizes organizations in the Philadelphia region that are committed to creating a healthy workplace.

Employers were judged on their strength of wellness programs in six key categories: Leadership Commitment, Foundational Components, Strategic Planning, Communications and Marketing, Programming and Interventions and Reporting and Analysis. The online assessment is comprised of over 60 scored questions with a corresponding point value for each answer. Upon completion of the assessment, employers are scored with the Healthiest Employer Index (HEI), which ranks an organization based on their individual answers.
