Marc Brownstein to Speak at Fairmount Park Conservancy’s Centennial Celebration on May 5

PHILADELPHIA (April 29, 2015)– Brownstein Group President & CEO Marc Brownstein will be among the esteemed guests as the Fairmount Park Conservancy marks its eighth annual Centennial Celebration at the Fairmount Park Horticultural Center on May 5.  The annual event honors corporations and individuals who have demonstrated extraordinary leadership and support for Philadelphia’s vast park system.

NBC News Chief Foreign Correspondent Andrea Mitchell will serve as the Master of Ceremonies while John Crowe, President and CEO, Saint-Gobain and CertainTeed Corporations; Kathleen McGinty, Chief of Staff, Pennsylvania Office of Governor and Chris Matthews, Host of Hardball on MSNBC will all be honored.

Brownstein, Leslie Ann Miller, Esq. and Philadelphia Mayor Michael A. Nutter and First Lady Lisa Nutter are this year’s Co-Chairs.

Through the unique public/private partnership with Philadelphia Parks & Recreation and park stewardship groups throughout the city, the Conservancy works each day to preserve Philadelphia’s green space, promote its cultural heritage, and transform the civic landscape of Philadelphia.
